Bây giờ thêm 300g mực thái khoanh nhỏ và 2 muỗng canh hắc xì dầu, xào khoảng 2 phút. Thêm ớt đỏ thái nhỏ, 1 muỗng canh dầu hào và 1 muỗng canh nước mắm. Xào thêm 2 phút nữa. Cuối cùng, tắt bếp, thêm lá húng quế, đảo đều.
